My main complaint, is overall just the cleanliness and state of this place, it is not the best. I need to force myself to be unbiased here, as Prairie Wind Casino is sentimental and nostalgic to me, and in fact I still love coming here, but over the years, the quality of service has definitely gone downhill, and this is caused by underemployment, from what I have heard.
